Thanks, there are so many great tips in this posting.

Here's on that really works for me: a professional organizer taught me to perform some of the distasteful tasks I tend to put off in 15 minute increments, perhaps once a day, and peck away at the increments until the torture is behind me.

It feels so much better knowing I have only to spend 15 minutes at a time, rather than hours slogging away at something that I would fully normally put off.
