Kent Zimmerman, a Zeughauser Group consultant, predicted in a Bloomberg Law interview that “there could be significant law firm failures . . . and additional job losses.” And given the continuing economic doldrums, there probably will be more AmLaw 100 veterans hanging up solo shingles. The wise ones will adapt the client-centric techniques practiced in the largest firms to their own practices.
